BTS makes their Saturday Night Live debut

BTS, meet SNL.

The K-pop sensation, who recently graced the cover of EW, took center stage in Studio 8H on Saturday night as they made their Saturday Night Live debut the day after their new album, Map of the Soul: Persona, dropped.

The audience was more than ready, evidenced by them going wild when host Emma Stone “tested the sound levels” during her monologue with the announcement that BTS was in the building.

In the first of their two performances of the evening, V, Suga, Jin, Jungkook, RM, Jimin, and J-Hope danced and sang their way through “Boy With Luv,” the single for which they released a video with Halsey on Friday and already has more 100 million YouTube views.

And the second time around, they went with a more casual and colorful look for their hit track “MIC Drop.”
